What exactly is a data warehouse?
One central database that holds a clean copy of all your business data, organized for reporting. Your apps keep working exactly as they do today. The warehouse pulls from them on a schedule, so every dashboard and report reads from the same numbers.
How much does LinxIQ cost?
Two fees: a one-time setup fee to build your warehouse and a monthly fee to run and improve it. Both are fixed and quoted after your free data audit, because the price depends on how many systems you have and how much you need built. Billing is month to month with no minimum term.
How fast can we be live?
Your first dashboards go live within 30 days of signing. Most of that time is us building; your part is a few sign-ins and a couple of review sessions.
What happens on the free data audit?
A 30-minute video call. We look at the systems and spreadsheets you run on, how your reports get built today and what you wish you could see. Afterward you get a written summary and a fixed quote.
Who owns the data?
You do. Your data lives in its own walled-off Google Cloud project that no other client can reach. If you ever leave, you get a full copy of it.
What if my software isn't on your list?
If it can export data or has an API, a way for programs to share data, we can usually connect it. Industry systems, in-house databases and spreadsheets dropped into a shared folder all work.
How does the AI analyst work?
It sits on top of your warehouse, the clean, organized copy of all your data. When you ask a question, it works out the right query, runs it on your real numbers and answers in plain English, with the tables it used. Because every number has one agreed definition, the AI gives the same answer your dashboards do.
Is the AI safe to use on company data?
Yes. The AI analyst can only read your data. It can't change or delete anything, it shows which tables each answer came from, and it runs with spending limits.
Do we need anyone technical on our side?
